"Good music, but the device support is a mess"
I do like the music selection, but using Deezer across my devices has been really frustrating. They make it sound like everything will work smoothly everywhere, but that’s vague compared to what actually happens. The app keeps freezing on my Android tablet, casting to my TV barely works, and switching between desktop and mobile feels clunky. Desktop is okay once in a while, but overall it’s just too unreliable for something I’m paying for.

I’ve had a good experience with the podcasts overall, but the radio feature still feels like it needs some work. It skips too much sometimes, and I can’t be the only one who finds that a little annoying.

I was excited to use this at first, but then I realized half my playlist isn’t even available in my country. Like, seriously? One minute I’m making the perfect playlist, the next I’m just annoyed and skipping through missing tracks

"Good music, but the app keeps crashing"
Deezer’s good when it’s actually working. The music and playlists are fine, but the app just randomly crashes on me sometimes. It’s super annoying, especially in the car or when a playlist just stops out of nowhere. Hopefully they sort it out soon.

I don’t know how many times this needs to be explained, but managing downloads in this app is just frustrating. It should be simple to find, pause, delete, or organize downloads, but instead it feels messy and way harder than it needs to be

"Web player feels smooth"
I’ve been using Deezer in my browser for a little while now, and it loads in maybe a second or two most of the time. I haven’t really noticed any weird pauses or hiccups so far. Overall, I’m happy with how it’s been working.

I got deezer specifically for my smart speaker, and it turned into one of those frustrating tech memories where I can still remember standing in the kitchen, just wanting music to play, and hearing it say deezer wasn’t available again. It kept dropping the connection, forgetting my account, and sometimes playing something totally different from what I asked for. The annoying part is Spotify worked perfectly fine on the same speaker, so it didn’t feel like a device issue. "Canceling Turned Into a Hassle"
I tried to cancel my subscription, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Even after I thought I had canceled, I still ended up getting charged, which was really annoying.

"Pretty good, just not quite complete"
I’ll admit the catalog is decent, and I’ve found a lot of what I wanted. Still, it’s a little frustrating that some songs and albums I look for just aren’t there. I guess it’s good enough for now, but I wish it felt more complete

"CarPlay and Android Auto are still a mess"
I really did want to like Deezer. Like, I gave it a fair shot. But in my car, using CarPlay, it’s just... bad. Sometimes my playlists don’t show up at all. Other times it gets stuck on the Deezer logo and just sits there. And the steering wheel controls? Half the time they lag, the other half they do nothing. Not great when you’re driving and just trying to skip a song.

Then I tried it in my wife’s car with Android Auto. Different car, same kind of nonsense. Random crashes. Songs suddenly stopping. Browsing feels clunky, if it works at all. It feels like nobody is testing this stuff in actual cars. I’m pretty much done paying for it at this point.

"Flow just doesn’t feel good anymore"
I don’t know what happened, but Flow has gotten really frustrating to use lately. It keeps repeating the same things over and over, which makes the whole experience feel pointless after a while. I used to expect it to be smoother, but now it just leaves me annoyed and disappointed.

I signed up for Deezer’s family plan thinking it would make managing music for the kids straightforward, but I regret not checking the parental controls more carefully first. They’re really limited, and the kids’ profiles still feel way too easy to change or mess with. Managing the accounts is more confusing than it should be, especially when all I wanted was simple control over explicit songs and settings. For a family subscription, it just feels like more hassle than it’s worth.

"Lyrics could be a little more reliable"
I’ve been using Deezer and overall it’s been good for listening to music. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the lyrics feature can be a bit inconsistent. Some songs don’t have lyrics available, and every now and then the timing or words seem slightly off. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be a little frustrating when I’m trying to sing along.

"Still No Refund After Canceling"
Still haven’t gotten my money back, which is the most frustrating part. I canceled right after they charged me and reached out asking for a refund, but all I got were the same copy-and-paste responses over and over. It felt like nobody was actually reading what I was saying. Super annoying experience and not helpful at all.
